CrossFit gets you down to the Basics of minimalist training. So today we put our CFitters into “Rocky” Balboa’s training regimen.
KB Class WOD: Max rounds in 15 minutes 4x 2 Hand Release 6x Squats 8x Push-ups
CF Class WOD: “Rocky” 20 min AMRAP: 100 jumpropes 200 meter sprint 25 sit-ups or 10 GHD Sit-ups
