We’re taking a vote from the CFitters – is today’s WOD worse or better than “Angie”? “Angie” is 100 pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats.  Same amount of reps, just spread out differently and dips instead of push ups.

KB Class WOD:

CF Class WOD: Ten rounds for time of: 10 Pull-ups 10 Dips 10 Sit-ups 10 Squats
