CF Class WOD: Strength: 1 Armed Barbell Snatch 8×2 each set of 2 is one rep per arm and as heavy as possible

Run 200 meters before sprints Met-Con: EMOTM Sprints x 10 Every Minute On The Minute for 10 minutes: Sprint 100 meters

KB Class WOD: 3 Rounds: 55/35

Single Arm Swing – 5 reps High Pull – 5 reps Snatch – 5 reps Clean and Press – 5 reps Racked Squat – 5 reps

All movements are performed with one arm and then swapping to the other arm without rest. After both arms are done, rest for 60 secs.
