A little bit of everything today.  Mix it up and get yourself ramped up for the big demolition WOD to take place at 6pm. (See additional post for a photo gallery of demo pix).

CF Class WOD: Back Squat 5-3-3-3-1-1-1-1-1 reps

BONUS WOD: 2 Rounds for time: Run 400 meters 10 Burpees 10 Sit-ups 10 Squats 10 Walking Lunges each leg 10 Mountain Climbers each leg

Kettlebell Class WOD:

For Time: 25 Kettlebell Snatch (one arm – R) 50 Kettlebell Swings – 25 Kettlebell Snatch (one arm – L) 50 Kettlebell Swings –

at the top of each minute complete 4 burpees until all the reps are completed.
