The CF WOD doesn’t seem so bad on paper but when you actually do it, it sneaks up on you and is quite challenging. Our 9:15am class missed out on Wednesday’s WOD so Coach Susan decided to let them “enjoy” Tuesday’s WOD instead. Hee hee..

CF Class WOD: Strength: Bench Press 3×5 – 75% of max
Met-con: 2 Rounds: Max Handstand hold rest 30 seconds Max L-Sit Hold rest 30 seconds Max Chin over bar hold
