The positive for the CFitters is that rowing involves pulling to give to reprieve for all of the pushing.  🙂 And our KBellers legs are on overdrive from the extension of their hips on box jumps and snatches.  It’s all about the power of the hip!!

KB Class WOD: 10 rounds 6x KB snatch, each arm (55/35) 12x Box jumps

CF Class WOD: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of: Row 250 meters 25 Push-ups
