What a way to end the month of July but with the “Filthy Fifties”!!! Time and patience will get you through this WOD.  1 rep at a time whether you do the full 50 or scale to 35, 25, or 15 reps.  Any way you do it, ENDURANCE…ENDURANCE…ENDURANCE!!!

Our KBellers enjoyed an outdoor WOD!!  Their shoulders never felt so good going from a 1/2 rotation switch to mountain climbers.  🙂

“Filthy Fifties” For time: 50 Box jump, 24 inch box 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood Walking Lunge, 50 steps 50 Knees to elbows 50 Push press, 45 pounds 50 Back extensions 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball 50 Burpees 50 Double unders
