“Barbara”, “Barbara” Lite, or “Barbie” is the choice of WOD today for our CFitters. Doesn’t matter which one you pick, she is a beast any which way you look at it.
Our KBellers had to endure not just 1 round but 2 and had to increase the weight for the second round. BEAT THAT!!
CF Class WOD: “Barbara”
Five rounds, each for time of: 20 Pull-ups 30 Push-ups 40 Sit-ups 50 Squats
KB Class WOD: 2 Rounds: 10 (right) ground to overhead 50 ft overhead walk
10 (left) ground to overhead 50 ft overhead walk
Increase the weight for the second round
