As if handstands weren’t hard enough, now you can walk on your hands.

KB Class WOD:

kettlebell complex:

5 Rounds:

5 single arm swing to high pull 3 snatch to thruster

do all on one arm, then the other this equals 1 round approx 90 secs rest in between rounds go up in weight each round 15 minute cap

CF Class WOD: Three rounds for time of: 95/65 pound Front squat, 21 reps Handstand walk 40 feet 30 Glute-ham sit-ups Handstand walk 40 feet
