CFitters got a nice cardio WOD  but one that didn’t also kill your strenght!!  5 minutes of Wall Ball for KBellers WOW, who did they piss off?  🙂  They are our heroes!! If you have never tried a full KB WOD, you might just want to think about giving it a shot!!  “Catch If You Can”

KB Class WOD: For max reps: 5 minutes of Wall Ball 4 minutes of Kettlebell Swings 3 minutes of Jumprope 2 minutes of Box-jumps 1 minute of Push-ups (hand release)

CF Class WOD:

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 10 Box Jumps (24″) 50 ft Traveling Burpees 200 m Run
