All new orange flag markers out there for our CF WOD today.  Don’t get them mixed up with the actual utility markers.  🙂

Good thing the CFitters are outside ‘cuz the KBellers were throwing their kettlebells all over with their swing releases.  🙂

KB Class WOD: 12 minute AMRAP: 15 swing with release 10/10 snatch 15 Double KB clean

CF Class WOD: Run 1600 meters Rest 3 minutes Run 1200 meters Rest 2 minutes Run 800 meters Rest 1 minute Run 400 meters
