KB Class WOD: Strength: Barbell Deadlift

3×3 (75%-85% of max)

Met-con: 3 Rounds for time: 10 Deadlifts (use around 70% of weight lifted above) 50 Double Unders

CFKids Class WOD: Skill: hanstand holds WOD Run 200 meters Lunge 100, broad jump 100 back
