Our KBellers got no reprieve after their cleans, they had to keep the KB in the rack position and go for a walk.  They did it!!!

KB Class WOD: 3 Rounds:

12 Dual Cleans 50 meter walk with bells in the rack 200m sprint (no bells)


CF Class WOD: Skill: Tabata Superman hold

Met-Con: As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of: 25 Double Unders sub with 3:1 singles 15 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls 95/65 lbs – scale as needed

Post total rounds.

* The double unders must be completed in one set each round. In other words if you miss completing 25 double unders in a row, you must repeat that set of double unders before you move on to the SDLHP. SDLHP sets can be broken.
