We are not only training CF beasts at Arenal, we are training Supermen and Superwomen.  Gymnastics movements is 1/3 of CF!!!  WAY TO GO!!!

KB Class WOD: 15 Minute AMRAP: walking russian swing, 15 reps (one pace is advanced when the kettlebell reaches chest level and is relatively weightless). front squat, 10 reps


CF Class WOD: Skill Tabata Superman hold

Met-Con: Three rounds for time of: 15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent 10 Wallball shots, 20/14 pound ball 15 Kettlebell swings, 55/35 20 Double-unders
