Met-con: As many reps in 10 minutes of: C2B Pullups wall ball shots, 20 lbs(14 lbs)

There are two catches. The reps must be performed in equal numbers Every time that you switch exercises, you must do 3 burpees

KB Class WOD: Strength: Kettlebell Goblet Squat 3×5 75%-85% of max
