KB Class WOD: Repeat the following sequence for 200m 5x Dual KB Clean 5x Dual KB Push jerk 5x Dual KB Front squat 5x Dual Double KB snatch Lunge 10 steps

CF Class WOD: Run 1 mile Two minutes of each: Row 30 pound Dumbbell thrusters 20 pound Medicine ball cleans Double-unders Pull-ups
