Turkish Get Up…a kettlebell focused movement. Do you think our CFitters can handle it? Put yourself to the test. Instead of holding a kettlebell or dumbbell in your hand, make a fist and put your shoe on top of your fist. See if you can do the Turkish Get Up without the shoe falling off your fist.
