Hot potato squat?  What will they come up with next?  Check out this video and then add a goblet squat to the movement.  

KB Class WOD:

Run 400 meters, then:

30 secs work, 30 secs rest

2 hand catch release 1 hot potato squat (3 potatoes, 1 squat) figure 8

x 10

then, Run 400 meters

CF Class WOD: Seven rounds for time of: 75/55 pound Shoulder Press, 21 reps 21 Hip extensions
