Have you ever tried to do  tactical lunges?  Do a walking lunge and pass a kettlebell through your legs each step.  Pretty cool.

CF Class WOD: Skill Practice: Dips

Met-Con: Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of: 95/65 pound Thruster, 5 reps 95/65 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps 95/65 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

KB Class WOD:

Run 400 meters: then: 30-20-10: 55/35 Power Swing Tactical Lunges Sit-ups Burpees then: Run 400 meters
