Met-Con: Partner Chipper WOD:  Reps must be divided equally but can be split up however the partnership decides.   1,600m Row   50 Wall Ball   40 Pull Ups   30 Hip Extensions   40 Push Ups   50  Burpees

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #6


Strength: 2×5 Dual KB front squat or goblet squat

Met-con: 7 one minute rounds of 30 American swings

Rest one minute between rounds

If you don’t get all 30 swings, sprint 50ft for every miss during the 1 minute rest between rounds
