Met-Con: 60 Double Unders 10 Sit-Ups 50 Double Unders 20 Sit-Ups 40 Double Unders 30 Sit-Ups 30 Double Unders 40 Sit-Ups 20 Double Unders 50 Sit-Ups 10 Double Unders 60 Sit-Ups

**Substitute Tuck Jumps if you can’t do double unders

KB Class WOD: For Time: 25 Kettlebell Snatch (one arm – R) – 1.5pd 50 Kettlebell Swings – 1.5pd 25 Kettlebell Snatch (one arm – L)s 1.5 pood 50 Kettlebell Swings – 1.5pd

at the top of each minute complete 4 burpees until all the reps are completed.
