Strength: Overhead Squat 10 minute EMOM Minutes 1-5: 5 Reps Minutes 6-10: 3 Reps At the 5 minute mark increase the weight for your Overhead Squats.  Bars should be taken from the floor – either a snatch or clean and jerk to the back rack.

Met-Con: Happy Valentine’s Day! Let’s Stay Together: 30 Jumping Lunges (done together simultaneously so it’s 30 each). 30 Partner Lateral Burpees (burpees over your partner in an elbow plank), 30 total split up however they want. 30 Clean & Jerks, 30 total split up however they want. 30 Alternating Partner Wall Ball, 30 total, alternating 30 Pull-Ups (C2B/Regular), 30 total split up however they want. 60 Meter Buddy Carry (switch at 30m) – they can choose how they carry – fireman, piggy back, etc…must each carry 30m 15 minute time cap
