Strength: Bear Complex 3-3-3   Power clean Front Squat Push Press Back Squat Push Press

Met-Con: 15 min AMRAP 15 box jump overs 25 wall ball 50 double unders or 1 minute of double under practice

Stretch: Full Body Stretching Series #4


A. Three sets of: KB Deadlift x 6-8 reps (use dual KB’s if necessary) Rest 60 seconds KB Shoulder Press x 6-8 reps Rest 60 seconds

B. Two sets for max reps of: 60 seconds of Kettlebell Swings Rest 60 seconds (choose a load you can handle for the entire 60 seconds without letting go)

C. Three rounds for time of: 50 Sit-Ups 400 Meter Run
