In CF, we can add the word “death” to anything. Some people would worry about working out at a place where “death” is actively used to describe the workouts. No worries, everyone’s “death” limit is different so, you just do what you can do at your level and stop before you actually “DIE”. 🙂
That’s what is great about the CrossFit programming, everyone can workout at their own level!!!
CF Class WOD:
“Death by Pull Ups”
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
KB Class WOD: AMRAP 12 minutes:
3 kb cleans 6 push-ups 9 air squats
