You can thank one of your fellow CFitters who entered this WOD into our programming.  We tested it out and thought it was a great WOD to share with everyone else.  🙂

You’ve got to visualize, you’re climbing Mt. Everest.  Little by little, your climbing higher and higher to get to the summit….

CF Class WOD: “Everest” 10 box jumps 25 mountain climbers(each leg = 1/2 rep) max reps pull up with weight 20 box jumps 50 mountain climbers (each leg = 1/2 rep) max reps pull up with weight 30 box jumps 75 mountain climbers (each leg = 1/2 rep) max reps pull up with weight 40 box jumps 100 mountain climbers (each leg = 1/2 rep) max reps pull up with weight

KB Class WOD: 3 Rounds: 20 Russian swing 20 sit-up 10 Thrusters
