overhead squat to hit your PR today.  RING THAT BELL!! Our KBellers went from ground to overhead with each of their different movements plus some cardio!  Whoohoo!! Bonus WOD:  Burpees…form for the most reps of burpees for time, a CFitter lets their lower body flop on the ground…form for the best benefit for strength and quality of the movement and overall benefit, a true push up is performed at the bottom of the movement and a CFitter’s knees never touch the ground.

KB Class WOD: 15 minute AMRAP:

5 Deadlift 10 Russian Swing 15 American Swing 200m Run

CF Class WOD:

Overhead Squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps


For Time: 50 Burpees (Chest hits the deck to full vertical extension every time. No requirement for jump height)
