WODs for Tuesday 4/26/11
“Seriously???” our CFitters may ask. And the answer is, “Seriously!” All you have to do is scale the weight to a heavy load for your fitness level. Plus we like to see the faces you make when trying to do max weight or reps (check out the photo gallery). 🙂
