Bookends for KBellers.  What’s a bookend?  The same exercise done at the beginning and end of the WOD.

Lighter weight for the CFitter’s Snatch.  It could have been 135/95.  Take advantage of this opportunity and work on precise form for efficiency and ease of movement.  You get your form right and your progress is endless!!

KB Class WOD: 800 meter row, then:

3 Rounds:

20 KB SDHP 10/10 KB Clean 20 Russian Swings

then, 800 meter row

CF Class WOD: Seven rounds for time of: 95/65 pound Power snatch, 7 reps 95/65 pound Snatch balance, 7 reps 95/65 pound Overhead squat, 7 reps
