Low bar prowler push is a whole different world.  Go to get low, low, low!!!

Have you ever tried 5 minutes of a KB snatch?  LOOK OUT!!!!

KB Class WOD: 5:00 kettlebell snatch (switch as needed)

rest 2 minutes, then

4 rounds for time: 12 alternating kb lunges 12 burpees

rest two minutes, then

5:00 double kb jerks

*for lunges, hold kb in the rack position, alternating arms each round

CF Class WOD: Strength: 50 feet max Low Prowler 1-1-1-1-1

WOD: Bodyweight Lynne: 5 Rounds For Max Reps: Push-Ups Pull-Ups

CFKids Class WOD:

400m Indian Run 10 push ups 200m Indian run 10 sit ups 200m Indian Run 10 burpees 200m Indian Run sprinting last 50m 10 air squats
