Our CFitters suddenly became 7 feet wide when they started doing walking lunges with a barbell over head.  Sometimes going with a bumper plate could be safer.  🙂

How methodical or should we say the KBellers are?  Figure 8 movements finished them off after they burned off all of their energy on cleans and squats.
