Choice of a “Hinge” Bodyweight Progression
Met-Con:
AMRAP 15 min climb up the ladder
    KB Clean x 1
    KB Rack Lunge x 1
    KB ½ Kneeling Press x 1
    KB Rack Lunge back to standing x 1
    Switch sides
    Add 1 rep each round
    Row200/Run 250m/ btwn rounds
Can also be a snatch to an overhead lunge
