Major endurance strength today.  Heavy KB Deadlifts, L-Pull Ups, and Handstand Push Ups.  SCALING!!!! Do it at your level of intensity, form, and technique!!

KB Class WOD: 2-3 rounds:

10 kettlebell deadlift (heavy) 20 push-ups 30 kettlebell swings (American) 40 squats 50 jumpropes

CF Class WOD: Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:

5 Handstand Push-ups 10 L Pull-ups 15 Steps, Walking Lunge
