We just felt like running today. Simple as that. Running for KBellers and running for CFitters.
KB Class WOD: 50 Russian swings, 10 situps, 200m run 40 Russian swings, 20 situps,200m run 30 , 30 ,200m run 20 , 40 ,200m run 10 Russian , 50 situps,200m run
CF Class WOD: Three rounds for time of: 95/65 pound Ground to overhead, 10 reps 200 yard Shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice
