WODs for Tuesday 5/3/11

Gotta luv body weight WODs!! You can workout wherever you’d like.  It was a beautiful day, so OUTSIDE we went!!!

CF Class WOD: “Mel” 5 rounds Run 100m 10x Burpees 10x Push-ups 10x Mountain climbers 10x Sit-ups 10x Prisoner squats (these are done with hands clasped behind your head like you’re under arrest)
