WODs for Tuesday 6/12/12

Rain doesn’t stop our members!!   Getting their workout in is what is important.  Running in the rain is better than running in the heat.  Every person said it was no big deal and it actually was very pleasant to be cooled by the rain during their runs.  Think of it like a misting tent at the end of a race.  🙂

CF Class WOD: 15 rounds for distance of: Sprint 20 seconds Rest 40 seconds Start each round at previous round’s end point.

KB Class WOD: 10 Rounds, at top of each minute: Run 100 meters 5 Kettlebell Swings, 55/35lbs 3 Pull-Ups
