CF Class WOD: 20 minute AMRAP: 9 Pull ups 12 Push Press 95/65 50m Farmer’s Walk 1.5/1.0 pood

KB Class WOD: Run 400 meters, then:

10 minute amrap:

3 Burpees 5 Pull-Ups 7 American Swings, then

Run 400 meters
