It is always amazing how slow a minute goes by when you are working out but how fast it goes by when that is your rest time!  You needed every bit of that rest to face “The Chief”.  For our KBellers, who would have thought that burpees could almost be your rest??

CF Class WOD:

“The Chief”

5 Rounds:

3 minute AMRAP:

3 Power cleans, 135/95lbs

6 Push-Ups

9 Squats

Rest 1 minute between rounds

KB Class WOD:

12 Minute AMRAP

21 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/55)

15 Wall Balls (20/14)

9 Burpees
