WODs for Tuesday 7/19/11

Even though the below AMRAPs are for as many rounds as possible, you want to make sure you count every rep or score your entire effort.  For example, if you were a KBeller today, your score might look like ” 3 rounds + 5 Push Presses”.  This is a great way to track your progress for the next time this workout comes up.  Knowing how far you are away from completing the round you are in will give you that extra drive next time to get the work done.  Don’t stop moving because every rep counts!!

CF Class WOD:

As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 4 minutes: 1 Suicide 4 Turkish Get Ups (w:35 m:50)

Rest 4:00

As many rounds as possible in 4 minutes: 1 Suicide 8 Toes to Bar (modify with K2E)

Rest 4:00

As many rounds as possible in 4 minutes: 1 Suicide 12 Slam Balls (w: 15 m:20)

KB Class WOD:

3 minute AMRAP: 4 Rounds, rest 1 minute between each round

6 Single arm Russian swing 6 Push press 6 Front Squat

Alternate arms each round
