OHS (Overhead Squats) are challenging themselves let alone with a heavy weight workload.  But, you never know what you can do until you try. And our CFitters tried their hardest to do a great job pushing through their WOD.

The KBeller’s legs never let up on all of their movements.  Walking lunges to start them off. Whoohoo!!

KB Class WOD: 100 ft walking lunge, no bell 100 ft walk with one bell overhead, r&l 30 russians 20 americans 25 single arm swings, r&l

CF Class WOD: three rounds for time of: 135/95 pound Overhead squat, 10 reps 50 Double-unders
