WODs for Tuesday, 8/21/12
Can you say, “I LOVE SQUATS?” We know you do which is why the CFitters had to do a version of them 2 days in a row. The KBellers love running so much that they had to run 2 days in a row only today they didn’t have to run with a weighted medicine ball. Don’t say we are not the nicest people in the world. 🙂
CF Class WOD:
Three rounds for time of:
30 Wallball shots, 20/14 pound ball
75/45 pound Squat snatches, 30 reps
KB Class WOD:
12 dual cleans 50 yard walk with bells in the rack 200m sprint (no bells)
