Just when the KBellers thought the WOD was going to be over, they had a lot of “Then’s” to keep it going longer than they probably wanted.  🙂

Form and technique will get you to a PR a whole lot faster and many of our CFitters found that out today on the deadlifts.  Way to go!!

KB Class WOD: 10 Snatch, R/L 10 Hand Release Push-ups 5 Burpees

then,

8, 8,6

then,

6,6,7

then,

4,4,8

then,

2,2,10

CF Class WOD: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 reps

Skill Practice: 3 rounds for time of: Max Effort Handstand Hold
