CF Class WOD: Strength: 5×2 snatch balance to snatch
Met-con: 7 rounds for time of: 5 snatches, 95/65 10 pullups 50 double unders
If you can snatch more than 200/135, please use 135/95
KB Class WOD: Turkish Get-ups 2-2-1-1-1
total reps. reach your max load.
then try some barbell getups for fun – start with empty bars
Met-con: 2 Rounds, 5 minute AMRAP, 3 minutes rest in between, 55/35 7 American Swings 5 Half TGU’s – switch sides each round 3 Pull-Ups
CFKids Class WOD: 10-Sep Baseline Run 200 or 400 60 seconds burpees 90 seconds jump rope 250 row (all for time/reps, please record)
