GWODs are coming back.  Don’t forget about your gymnastics skills (bodyweight movements) that are 1 portion of CrossFit training.  The other portions are Olympic Lifting and Cardiovascular training.

KB Class WOD: As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of: 3 Turkish Get-up, Right Arms 55/35 lbs 3 Turkish Get-up, Left Arms 55/35 lbs 6 Burpees

CF Class WOD: Hang power snatch 3-3-3-3-3 reps

G-WOD: PRACTICE for 10 minutes:
