What exactly is ground to overhead?  Exactly what it says.  You have to get a weight from the ground and bring it up over your head.  However you make that happen, it’s up to you.  You can snatch, clean, jerk, press… It’s your choice!!!

Everyone is jumping today, KBellers and CFitters.  How high can you jump?

CF Class WOD: As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

5 Ground to Overhead – 135/95lbs 10 Push Ups 10 Jump Touches – Beginner 12″, Intermediate 16″, Advanced 18-20″, Expert, 24″

KB Class WOD: 21 Kettlebell Swings 21 Knees to Elbows 21 Double Unders or Jump Tucks 18 Kettlebell Swings 18 Knees to Elbows 18 Double Unders or Tuck Jumps 15 Kettlebell Swings 2 15 Knees to Elbows 15 Double Unders or Tuck Jumps
