TEAM WEDNESDAY – Partner WOD: A Conversation between Diane & Cindy

KB Class WOD: With a partner, complete first round of Diane doing tag team KB SDHP (70/55) – scale weight as needed) and tag team HSPU. Then both people have to do 3 rounds of Cindy (can work at same time). Second round of Diane like the first and then another 3 rounds each of Cindy. Third round of Diane followed by the last 3 rounds of Cindy.

For Time: 15 KB SDHP (tag team) 15 Handstand Push-ups (tag team) Both people do the following: 3 Rounds: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats

then: 12 KB SDHP (tag team) 12 Handstand Push-ups (tag team) Both people do the following: 3 Rounds: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats

then: 9 KB SDHP 9 Handstand Push-ups (tag team) Both people do the following: 3 Rounds: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats

CF Class WOD:

With a partner, complete first round of Diane doing partner deadlifts (400#/250# -scale as needed) and tag team HSPU. Then both people have to do 3 rounds of Cindy (can work at same time). Second round of Diane like the first and then another 3 rounds each of Cindy. Third round of Diane followed by the last 3 rounds of Cindy.

For Time: 21 Partner deadlifts 21 Handstand Push-ups (tag team) Both people do the following: 3 Rounds: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats

then: 15 Partner deadlifts 15 Handstand Push-ups (tag team) Both people do the following: 3 Rounds: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats

then: 9 Partner deadlifts 9 Handstand Push-ups (tag team) Both people do the following: 3 Rounds: 5 Pull-ups 10 Push-ups 15 Air Squats
