Partner Wednesday!

CF Class WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of: Tag team, alternating…you go, I go. 6 Sprints, 100 ft (3 each) Partner Wheelbarrow, 50 ft (50ft each) 30 Push Press, 45/35 lbs (15 each) Partner Wheelbarrow, 50ft (50ft each) 20 Air Squat (Jumping)s (10 each)

KB Class WOD:

With a partner, as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of: 10 Kettlebell Swings (55/35) 10 Jumping Alternating Lunges 10 Dual KB Push Presses

While one partner works on the AMRAP, the other partner runs 200m backwards. Partners switch upon completion of the run, taking over where the other left off in the AMRAP.
