 Team Wednesday!!!

CF Class WOD:

With a partner complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes:  3 Squat clean thrusters (135/95 lbs) 6 Ring Rows 9 Swing Release (55/35) 12 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs) 15 mountain climbers -R/L = 1 Cycle thru the exercises, one person working at a time.   Partner A does clean thrusters, then partner B does ring rows, then A does swing release…and so on for 20 minutes.

KB Class WOD: With a partner complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes:  scale weight as needed 3 Squat clean thrusters (135/95 lbs) 6 Ring Rows 9 Swing Release (55/35) 12 Deadlifts (135/95 lbs) 15 mountain climbers -R/L = 1 Cycle thru the exercises, one person working at a time.   Partner A does clean thrusters, then partner B does ring rows, then A does swing release…and so on for 20 minutes.
