Our KBellers arms have lost all blood flow due to gravity while trying to do all over head presses. Check out their faces. 🙂

“Lynne” for our CFitters today.  Is she a strength WOD?  Is she a METCON?  Not matter what…she’s a benchmark and she is TOUGH!!!  Give it your all and do your best.

KB Class WOD:

Reps are for each arm rest 45-60 seconds after each set

KB Press: 1-1-1-1-1 KB Push Press: 3-3-3-3 KB Push Jerk: 5-5-5

CF Class WOD: “Lynne”

Five rounds for max reps of: Body weight bench press Pull-ups
