Strength: No Strength Today…extra long workout in anticipation of Turkey Day!

Met-Con: “Work Off Your Turkey” Partner Workout 2400m run 24 Toes to Bar 24 Burpees 24 KB swings 24 DB Thrusters 2400m row

Teams of 2:  Partner A works on movement while Partner B rests.  Split 2400 meter run evenly – 1200 meters each but can divide however they want. Then:  24 reps each of T2B, Burpees, KB Swings, DB Thrusters but can divide however they want.  Must complete all reps of T2B before moving on to burpees, etc. Then:  2400 meter row split evenly – 1200 meters each but can divide however they want.

Bodyweight Bootcamp:

“Work Off Your Turkey” Partner Workout 1200 meter run 24 Sit-ups (take it up a notch with GHD Sit-ups) 24 Burpees 24 Box Jumps 24 G2O with plate 1200m row

Teams of 2:  Partner A works on movement while Partner B rests.  Split 1200 meter run evenly – 600 meters each but can divide however they want. Then:  24 reps each of Sit-ups, Burpees, Box Jumps, G2O with plate but can divide however they want.  Must complete all reps of Sit-ups before moving on to burpees, etc. Then:  1200 meter row split evenly – 600 meters each but can divide however they want.
