A hand release push up will guarantee full range of motion.  It will feel easy to those who are used to going chest to the deck for their push ups but will feel hard for those who are not.

KB Class WOD:

2 rounds for time:

3 TGU, 3L/3R 6 Hand Release Push-Ups 9 One Armed swings, 9 L/9R 12 Broad jumps 15 overhead lunge w/KB, 15 L/15 R 18 Floor Press, 18 L/18 R

CF Class WOD:

Skill: Handstand Holds

For time: 75/55 pound Thruster, 30 reps 15 foot Rope climb, 3 ascents 75/55 pound Thruster, 20 reps 15 foot Rope climb, 2 ascents 75/55 pound Thruster, 10 reps 15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascents
